In his book, Comics Crash Course, Vincent Giarrano warns about how right angles in a pose can make the figure look stiff or awkward.
Solution: An acute or obtuse angle in the knee and/or arm, and more tilting of the body, either right or left, so that it passes diagonally in front of the window (instead of alligning with it to reinforce those nasty right angles) are two ways I would explore in attacking the problem.
